As a user of Tooloraa, you agree to use our online tools and calculation templates only for lawful purposes. You represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into this online tools agreement framework.
• You will not use the platform systems for any illegal, fraudulent, or malicious tasks.
• You will not interfere with or disrupt the security integrity configurations of the Platform.
• You hold the necessary copyright permissions or structural rights for any files uploaded into our modules.

3. Intellectual Property Protections

Tooloraa Property: All interface modules, designs, code lines, lucide graphics icons, branding scripts, and engine assets on Tooloraa are the exclusive property of Tooloraa and are protected by international intellectual property laws.

User Property: We claim zero ownership or validation rights over the files, images, code logs, or documents you process inside our tools. You retain 100% legal ownership of your content streams at all times.

4. Explicit Prohibited Activities

To preserve unblocked operation performance structures for all operators globally, the following behaviors are strictly blocked:

• Attempting to bypass, reverse-engineer, or exploit the memory limitations of our serverless tools layers.
• Deploying automated scrapers, spiders, or malicious macro scripts to extract data fields from the platform.
• Uploading binaries carrying corrupted headers, trojans, viruses, or code designed to disrupt host stability.
• Processing charts or document layouts that violate global regulatory boundaries or infringe upon third-party rights.

5. File Uploads & Client Cache Allocation

Tooloraa handles files using browser-isolated sandbox methods. By initiating processing commands, you acknowledge the following parameters:

• Local Constraints: The majority of our scripts function 100% in-browser, meaning your uploaded documents never cross the network.
• Server Remnants: Where backend conversions run, data is automatically, irreversibly, and permanently deleted shortly after generation.
• We do not generate backup arrays or store permanent copies of your outputs. Maintaining backups is entirely your responsibility.

6. Account Usage Restrictions

While most features run open with no profile registration setup checkpoints enforced, future premium tiers may require account generation. You are solely responsible for maintaining login credential parameters confidentiality and protecting access tokens keys.

7. External Links & Third Party Networks

Tooloraa may integrate third-party partner ads or redirect to external portals blocks. We assume no legal responsibility or tracking compliance liability over outer platforms. Accessing links is at your own risk.

8. Complete Disclaimer of Warranties

The tools and computational functions provided by Tooloraa are offered on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" baseline configuration. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding system uptime, processing completeness, or precision outcome accuracy.

9. Absolute Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by governing regulatory frameworks, Tooloraa and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any data loss, file formatting degradation, profile tracking errors, profit loss, or system disruptions stemming from tool utilization.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service layout rules at any time. Continued platform operation following update postings indicates full acceptance of the revised website terms configurations.

11. Service Termination Clauses

We reserve the right to suspend or block access privileges to any workspace layout immediately without notice, if user activities are flagged for breaking platform integrity regulations.
